In this role as Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will be responsible for technical support (pre and post sales) for optical transceivers. You will work closely with sales team and internal cross functional teams to support customer to provide speedy resolution to their concerns/issues.
Understand customers’ needs and requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new products, evaluate product performance and conduct product testing.
This will require expertise in areas of optical communication, transceivers, Switches, Routers, excellent communication skill with passion for problem solving.
This position requires ability and flexibility to travel to support customers throughout India.
